With a social science background, I entered the field of ecological research, where I examined the relationship between people and landscapes, focusing on land-use conflicts and ecosystem services to understand the social dynamics behind environmental decision-making better. In several projects, I worked on the social science assessment of ecosystem services and expert engagement methods, aiming to connect diverse perspectives and strengthen participation and knowledge sharing across scientific and professional communities.

At the Centre for Ecological Research, I currently serve as an ecological expert, contributing to the establishment and operation of the Knowledge Transfer Office, which seeks to enhance the broader application of the institute’s research outcomes and foster dialogue between science, policy, and society.
