társulási szabályok, biológiai invázió, cönológia, adatelemző módszerek
Kutatási témák röviden:
Társulási szabályok: a kutatás célja trait alapú társulási szabályok keresése, a funkcionális diverzitás random referenciákkal való összehasonlításával megtalálni, hogy milyen tulajdonságokra hatnak a környezeti szűrők és melyeknél érvényesül a korlátozott hasonlóság elve.
Biológiai invázió: a magyarországi növényi inváziós jelenségek dokumentálása, az inváziós képességet magyarázó tényezők vizsgálata komparatív és kísérletes megközelítéssel.
Cönológia: mocsárrétek numerikus szüntaxonómiai vizsgálata, a cönológiai adatbázis fejlesztése, közreműködés durva léptékű szüntaxonómiai vizsgálatokban
Elemző módszerek fejlesztése: funkcionális diverzitás mérése, fajok hűségének mérése, niche-szélesség becslés együtt-előfordulási adatokból, klasszifikációk értékelése, semi-supervised klasszifikációs módszerek alkalmazása a vegetációkutatásban.
